September 28, 2009-Raleigh, NC.-The Independent Event Producers recently announced the selection of The1Form as their exclusive online medical release form provider for their new universal waiver program. The IEP will have one waiver form for over 150 events per season from 15 independent event producers in the spirit industry. This new relationship with The1Form will save time, remove the hassle of managing paper forms and provide an environmentally friendly solution. The service is FREE for the gym owners, coaches and parents.
Gym owners and/or coaches build their team rosters online one time and can select multiple events they will be attending throughout the season. This will save time from repeating the same task over and over again for each event. Parents will only have to sign the IEP Universal Waiver once per competition season.
This partnership will provide the IEP participating member companies the opportunity to streamline the collection of medical release forms. The IEP universal waiver will be accepted for any event hosted by American Cheer Express, AmeriCheer and AmeriDance, Cheer America, Cheer and Dance Extreme, Cheer LTD, Cheer Star Productions, Eastern Cheer and Dance Association, KC Christmas Celebration, Mardi Gras Spirit Events, Pac West Spirit Group, Spirit Celebration, Spirit Unlimited, UPA Cheer and Dance, World Cheerleading Association, and Worldwide Spirit Association.
